Please observe these house rules meant to ensure everyone’s happiness, comfort, privacy and security.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 3 pm – 10 pm.
Check-out time is 8 am – 12 noon.
If your plans require arrival or departure outside this window, please notify us in advance so we can make agreeable arrangements.
Luggage storage and the use of our facilities like swimming pool is available if your guest room is not ready or for a late check-out.
Each guest need to provide a valid ID (passport, residency card/national ID card or driving license) at check-in.
For local or local/foreign couples a marriage certificate is required.
Occupancy and Visitors
Our accommodation is designed for divers wanting a relaxing and comfortable get-away.
Room rates are based on the outlined occupancy. A service charge will be incurred for each additional guest.
Arab Divers Bed & Breakfast is for the exclusive use of our registered guests only. No visitors are allowed unless cleared with us in advance. No unregistered guests are allowed overnight.
AC/Heating and Water Consumption
Each room offers individual air conditioning/heating and hot water.
If the room temperature is not to your comfort, please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate. Please don't forget that Aqaba has a desert climate and differences more than 15 degrees Celsius between inside and outside air temperatures are not recommended for your health and also not always technically feasible.
Jordan is the second most water scarce country in the world and the water supply is often limited. As we depending on our storage tanks, please be considerate in terms of water usage and water pressure.
Housekeeping and Services
Daily housekeeping service is provided. If there is any problem with your room, tell us immediately so that we can make your stay with us one you will remember fondly.
Please help us preserve our towels by not using them outside your room or to remove your make-up. Beach towels are available at reception.
Do not enter the accommodation area with wet diving or snorkeling gear, especially don’t enter the reception with your diving booties.
Eating & Drinking
Breakfast will be served in the breakfast room from 7 am – 9 am. If you have any special requests outside of this time due to booked activities, early check-out, etc. please let us know so we can provide alternate arrangements.
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages and store it in your room refrigerator.
Our outside areas are available for your use throughout the day. Please refrain from eating in the rooms, particularly on or in the bed.
Arab Divers is a traditional local family business and we do not sell alcohol. Should you wish to consume alcoholic beverages during your stay, we ask that you do so responsibly and you can use all public areas.
The kitchen is strictly a private area for health and safety regulations. If you wish to use any special items or the microwave, simply ask and we will be happy to assist.
Smoking, Noise & Parties
All rooms, reception and breakfast room are a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted, except in the designated outside areas.
Please note that you are renting a private room, not the entire property. Public areas of the house are shared with other guests and we ask all guests to be considerate of noise levels, especially from 10 pm – 7 am.
Excessive parties are not allowed. If you wish to host an event on the property, it must be approved in advance.
Safety & Security
The use of candles, open fire or smoking in the room is prohibited.
Please leave your room key at reception during activities or when you are not at the property and return your key upon check out. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
Please keep your room door and your car locked at all times.
Guests are liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury they may cause or incur on-premises. We cannot accept responsibility for your losses within the premises or in the parking areas.
If any damage is found in your guest room upon departure, a compensation fee will be charged.
